In plain terms, this means we’ll take care of setting up and maintaining the e-mail addresses, password protection, regular data input, site updates, etc. that is needed on a monthly, weekly, and/or whenever basis. Information can be delivered to us by mail, e-mail, fax, or in person at our special drop-off box. We can usually complete requests within 3 business days of receipt - often within hours.
Even when we travel, we carry a laptop and make arrangements to have regular Internet access so that we can keep tabs on what’s happening with the sites in our care!
Don’t need regular maintenance? You can hire us on an “As-Needed” basis for $50.00 per hour, billed in half-hour increments with a minimum of $50.00 per incident.
As a value-added bonus, this service is included at no additional charge for those enjoying our Standard Hosting solution.
